In 2013, two ordinary college students opened a small restaurant in a backstreet of Seoul.
This restaurant was unique because it offered salads as a 'meal.' At that time, the idea of salad as a main dish was unconventional, casting doubt on the restaurant's future.
Despite a challenging start, the founders' passion for transforming a greasy, unhealthy food culture into one focused on fresh and healthy options kept the business afloat.
As they navigated numerous obstacles, a shift in dietary trends emerged. This small restaurant, initially serving about 10 customers daily,
evolved into an industry-leading brand with over 30,000 daily customers. Today, Salady offers a diverse menu, including Warm Bowls, Wraps, and Protein Boxes.
Our goal is to transcend the salad restaurant niche and become an international healthy Korean fast-food franchise.
In spite of our growth, one thing that has never changed is our dedication to make people’s lives enjoyable and healthy with our food.
